Ice Shows, Bumble Bees and Vampires!

We have been pretty busy around our house lately. We had so much fun with all of the cousins, ( except Tiffany because she had to work). We went to the ice show. It is always so much fun. The kids really enjoy getting together. This year Alissa was able to come with us. She loved it. It was also the first year that little Miss Maddie Moo came. She was so funny. She sat next to me during the show. At some points she got a bit antsy but for the most part she was great. Thanks to Grandma Granny for such a wonderful day. We all ended up at Grandma and Grandpas house for dinner that night.
Alissa was so happy to join us this year. The past 3 years she has been busy with Winter Percussion. This year she decided to not participate in that. She wanted to enjoy her winter and is happy she made this choice.

Holly was in the talent show at school. She wanted to do a dance with her good friend Paetyn and her sister Jaedyn. They worked very hard on learning the dance. They danced to the song Imma B. They wanted to go shopping and pick out an outfit so they would all match. The girls were hoping to find yellow shirts. Once they spotted these they knew it was exactly what they wanted. They also had Tiffany make them matching headbands.

It was really fun for them to get up on the stage and dance. When they first got up there and they were annouced people started cheering for them. The girls smiles lit up the room.

Once they started dancing their friends were yelling and sending up cheers of encouragement and also approval. They were a hit! Most importantly they had a blast.

Vampires invade Riverbank! Not just any old vampires, our favorite ones of course! Kayla had her second party. I thought there was no way she could possibly top last years party but she did.

The decorations were very nice. She even had little things that resembled broken glass all over the table as well as big drops of blood. It was perfect.

Kayla loves her vampire! She has so much fun posing with her Edward. :)

I loved how she decorated her table. It was so much like the party scene from the book. THe laterns and glass plates as well as all the pink roses made you feel like you were actually walking right into the scene from the book.

She even had blood dripping from the tulip just like the book cover. It will be exciting to see what she does for the next party.

Between the ice show, the talent show and the invasion of the vampires I have been very busy. The kids all start back at school on Monday so we look forward to what will come our way next!
