Fudge from a box..............


Alissa has really become interested in cooking and baking. She loves Rachael Ray. I love to see her excitement and interest in this area because I really enjoy it myself. She had planned on making Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo for dinner last night and wanted to make something for dessert too. She saw that we had a box mix for fudge. I never make fudge from a box always from scratch so we were amused that we had this. It was by mistake because we thought we picked up a box of brownie mix. SHe decides she was going to make this and when she pulled everything out of the box there was this tiny little tray and she picked it up and said " Mommy what is this for? " I told her it was for the fudge to go in. We both got a laugh because this tray was teeny tiny. She made the fudge and was happy because it did taste good. We all agree though, no more fudge from a box, only home made will do.
