Quick and yummy dinner recipe!

Who isn't looking for a quick and easy recipe for dinner these days? I know I always am on the look out for something that is quick and easy as well as yummy to satisfy my family. Pizza usually always sounds good to me. The thing though is sometimes too much pizza isn't what my family wants. I am also really into meal stretching. I enjoy finding new ways to make my leftovers stretch. The other night we had steak. It was good that night but is also always good the next day for some left over creation. I had an idea pop into my head about just what to do with these leftovers. The result is as follows, French Bread Pizza!
All you need is a loaf of french bread, pizza sauce and then it is your choice of toppings. I sauteed some red bell peppers and mushrooms added the steak chopped into bit size pieces and just a little bit of seasoning. I applied the pizza sauce to the bread and then put the mixture on top. I also made a more plain side with just ham for some of my picky eaters. I then grated mozzerella cheese and put it on top. I popped the pizza in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes and that was it. Everyone really liked it. It was so easy and is a definite keeper.
