Well it is here. Scrapbook Expo. It will be the first Expo of 2009. I am so excited. I will be helping one of my favorite vendors. This is really fun. I love to scrapbook and these expos are something I really look forward to and enjoy. I will be getting to meet up with Libby who is the booth manager for Rusty Pickle. She is a fantastic lady. She is also extremely talented. I will be spending the day with her helping get the booth set up and also spending sometime with her on Saturday tearing down the booth. I am looking forward to this.
This will be me, pulling along my scrapbook tote. I am also going to get to spend some time with my sister. We were going to go to the crops but she works on Friday and it is a hectic weekend for her so we are going to kick back and scrap together at her place. Works for me. I actually am in a win win situation, scrapbooking plus a chance to see my niece and nephew. Can't beat that!
I just really enjoy taking my time walking around looking at all of the booths. I will miss Kayla though. She isn't able to make it this time. Whatever the circumstance she always makes things so much fun. That is what BFF's do! Well it will be August before we know it and that is the next expo. We have a few people going to that one. We will have a blast. I will be with my friends and doing what I love scrapbooking. Life is good.
I have been thinking a lot lately about how lucky I am. I have a great family. I came from a great family. My parents are the best and I also have a terrific sister and brother. Not to mention the beautiful nieces and nephews they gave me. I am also very lucky to have such wonderful friends. In life we don't always remember to let everyone know just what they mean to us. One of the very best things about my friends is that no matter what happens, we are always friends. We never have to have any limitaions put on our friendship. We all have things in common and we also have things that we don't always agree on but that doesn't matter. It is not neccesary to have everything in common with your friends. Sadly there are people out there in this world that feel if you don't always agree with one another than you don't have common interests. Some people feel that you must always agree with them or if you don't they are so quick to point out the fact that they are right. It is such a sad thing because the people that are like this are bound to be sad and lonely people. I am thankful that I have such a nice group of true friends. Thinking about scrapbooking brought this all to mind. I have some nice pictures to scrap from the last get together at my house. We are all looking forward to our next get together. I am also looking forward to being with my friends at the next scrapbook expo. I will miss you girls this time. To my BFF Kayla, if anything changes call me and I will meet you!

I'm sure that you'll have a great time! Sorry you won't have Kayla this time :( Atleast you'll get to see your family!

My keyboard is wet with my tears....To bad there was not a "pocket Kayla" you could have taken me! That is o.k. we have August, and it is going to be such a BLAST, the expo won't know what hit them :)
