Holly was so excited all day today. We got to go to a bridal shower for a very special friend of ours. She was included in this event and that just made her so happy! She couldn't wait until we got to color our Easter eggs.
She really loves to play around with all of the different colors. This year there were 12 different colors. It is not easy every year to find just plain old PAAS Easter Egg dye. They come out with all these fancy ones. We just like the plain color. I was so happy to find a package like this.
Her imagination was working as she planned out exactly which cup she was going to dip her egg into next. The colors actually came out very bright and vibrant. She was really having fun.
Here she is proudly showing off her masterpieces! Now tomorrow afternoon we will hide them and she will go on her own special Easter Egg hunt in the back yard. She loves this and we will have to hide the eggs at least 6 different times for her. She can just keep hunting and hunting all day. I love this about her. She finds joy in the smallest things.

I know what you mean about trying to find the plain old PAAS kit! They look great! The boys had so much fun coloring the eggs too!
