Ok so I'm in!!!!!!

I am so excited. Excited to the point that I feel like jumping up and down and screaming to the sky. I LOVE Tim Holtz. He is the absolute most AMAZING artist. He is such an inspiration to so many people. I have been a fan of his for several years now. He is very big into distressing and altering projects. He is also a huge Disney fan. Well he spends much of his life traveling all over the world teaching classes and promoting his amazing line of products. To get into a class that he is teaching is a really big thing. Well I knew he was going to be teaching some classes relatively close to where I live. I waited for the sign up day. The night before I kept waking up with all of this anticipation thinking, What if the I can't get through! What if the class fills up before I get through! You follow what I am saying. I was having thoughts that ultimately I had no control over the outcome. So I woke up and it seemed like the clock was ticking away so slowly. It was taking forever to get to be 10:00 am. Right at 10:00 I started to call the number. It was busy, busy, busy. This kept on going. I was getting frustated. I just knew the class would be sold out! I would just hang up, pick up and hit redial. I did this relentlessly for over 40 minutes. Finally it happened a voice on the other end of the line. Well I told the girl what I was calling about and she said " OK hang on a minute I need to make sure that the class is not sold out. " I was thinking. "WHAT?? NO WAY!!! PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE!!!!! She came back on and said there was still a few spots available. Oh I was so happy. I signed up. I can't wait. I can't believe that I am actually going to be in one of his classes. It is really like a dream come true to me.

I look up to this guy. He is a cheerleader to everyone. He really and truely feels that anything is possible with your art. There are never any mistakes only new possibilites. So I am now on a count down until the class. I am so excited. I am sure you will hear all about it after the class. So I am still doing a little happy dance here. I think I am sort of driving my family crazy with the talk of the class and of Tim himself. They are very nice though because they just look at me and smile as they nod there heads. Oh boy I simply can't wait.
