It's Scrapbook EXPO time again.........

Well it is Scrapbook EXPO time again. I can't believe it. It has come pretty quickly. This is my favorite EXPO. I love everything about it. The hotel is great. This year they moved it up about three weeks. It is usually held the second weekend of November. I am really looking forward to going. My plans have been all over the map about it this year. I usually go to the EXPO's for 2 days as well as 2 nights. This year is different though. There is alot of activities going on around here so going for 2 nights just really isn't an option this year. I was all set to go up just for the day. I was originally thinking of Saturday. I called the hotel just one more time and I double checked on my free stay availability. Well much to my surprise I was told that I had earned some free night stays but that 1 had to be used prior to January 2009. Well I was all over this. I booked my FREE night stay for Friday and am all set to go.



I am very excited to get there. I will see my friends Cricut Dan and his wife Shelley from Scrapbook Corner. I had a blast working with them at the last EXPO. I am a huge lover of all of the products they carry. There is no doubt they will be among my first stops as I walk around the show floor.

Another of my top favorites in definitely Rusty Pickle. They have GREAT stuff. I love all things vintage and that is one of the things I love about them. They have a lot of vintage looking papers and embellishments. They rock! They always have lots of stuff to check out. I spend lots of time in their booth just looking around. I don't want to miss a sinlge item. They also have some great people that work in their booths.

Quick Quotes is another top favorite of mine. This is a family owned and run business. They are FABULOUS! They have lots and lots of vellum quotes and fun paper. The things they do with canvas is amazing! They have the best chalk ever for your vellum projects. It is always fun to see what they bring to the EXPO.

I am just planning on enjoying myself. I am going to take my time and look around at ALL of the booths, maybe do some make and takes, chat with my friends and just do it all on my own time table. I also look forward to just spending some time in my room. I am sure that I will scrapbook in there too. The rooms rock here. There is nothing close to the pillows on these beds. I might meet up with my friend Dee and crop with her on Friday night at the crop. She ended up buying a table for Friday and is going to sell some of her tickets so if I am up to it I will buy one and crop with her for a bit. What ever way you look at it I am going to have a fun and relaxing weekend. I can't wait!
